Cancellation Policy

Program Policies Mass Construction Academy Refund and missed classes policy Classes are delivered by module. Missed classes are not recoverable and are non-refundable. Students are responsible for reviewing their schedule and availability before reserving and committing to a module. Payment policy Payment for each module must be made in advance, no later than 15 days before the start date of the module. Failure to complete payment within this timeframe may result in the loss of the assigned seat. Attendance and seat availability policy If a student misses, abandons, or fails to complete a module, their seat may be reassigned to another individual on the waiting list. In such cases, the student will lose access to the program for the remainder of the year and may only return when a seat becomes available. This policy is due to limited capacity, with a maximum of 30 students per group. Admission policy Mass Construction Academy reserves the right to accept or deny admission to any student whose behavior: • Represents a conflict of interest • Poses a risk or threat to classmates • Poses a risk to the instructor or any academy staff member Copyright and use of materials policy All instructional materials provided by Mass Construction Academy are protected by copyright. If a student is found to copy, reproduce, distribute, or share any material without written authorization from Mass Construction Academy, the student will be immediately expelled from the program and may be subject to legal action, including civil claims. Certificates policy A certificate will be issued at the completion of each module, as well as an annual program completion certificate confirming that the student has successfully completed the full program. All certificates issued under this program carry private academic value only and do not constitute a college or university degree. Student responsibility disclaimer Upon completion of the program, the student is fully responsible for the professional application of the knowledge acquired. Mass Construction Academy is not responsible for the misuse or incorrect application of the information provided. It is the student’s responsibility to: • Apply construction codes correctly • Stay informed of future updates and changes to applicable construction codes and regulations These policies are mandatory and binding for all students enrolled in the program.
